Healing Prayer

Emotional Healing & Deliverance

Empower Yourself

Mashah prayer was developed by a pastor named Ruth Hendrickson. She is an incredible woman of God, and she was led by the Holy Spirit to create this type of prayer model. The point of Mashah prayer is to help believers begin to hear the voice of God themselves. It’s an empowerment tool so that believers can start to understand that they can walk intimately with Jesus and hear him and know him, and they don’t have to go constantly seeking someone else to be able to hear him. It also helps us to walk through aspects of healing that the Lord really welcomes us into through His Bible.

How does this model work? If somebody comes in and they’re receiving Mashah prayer, they’ll sit with a practitioner and we will actually go through this base model of prayer healing in which we begin with praying over you. Then we ask what are the concerns that really are bothering the individual at this time? And what is on their heart that the Lord is really trying to speak to them about? Through the process of Masha, we invite the Holy Spirit to begin to lead the process and allow the Holy Spirit to lead us into what he wants to speak about. It may be exactly the concerns you came in with, but there may be elements of healing that are connected to the concern that you have that you didn’t even realize were underlying. The Lord has us check in and understand our belief system through the Mesha model and helps us to heal false belief patterns that maybe are hindering us from stepping forward or from allowing healing to take place and really listening to God and feeling confident that we’re hearing his voice. We don’t only talk through those false belief patterns, we also talk about behavioral patterns. We are led to help you understand repentance through the Masha prayer model. Repentance is key to healing. Forgiveness is a hinge point of healing. Many times we can walk around with an offense that we don’t even realize we have. Or maybe we know we have it, and we’re being stubborn to not let it go. It might take the Holy Spirit to help us either see it or start to take our grip off of whatever we can’t let go of.

Through God, all things are possible. That means we truly can walk in forgiveness. We truly can walk in freedom. We truly can walk into righteousness, peace and joy. We can allow the Holy Spirit to take over our life and surrender onto the Spirit when we start to recognize things that are hindering us.

Many times people don’t even realize that they have a hurt from the past that they’re still holding an offense over. The Lord wants you to take your grip off of it and give it to Him. It’s a very gentle process of healing through Masha, and it’s extremely empowering because we can allow the Holy Spirit to guide your process of healing and help you see things from a light of love. We generally will close up with some words of truth or words of encouragement so you have a nice closure to your session. Hopefully you can walk away letting go of some burdens that might be weighing you down and have more freedom, wholeness and peace and knowing that the Lord loves you, He’s always for you and He’s always with you.

He reached down from on high and took hold of me; he drew me out of deep waters. He rescued me from my powerful enemy, from my foes, who were too strong for me. They confronted me in the day of my disaster, but the Lord was my support. He brought me out into a spacious place; he rescued me because he delighted me.
